Pierre Elliott Trudeau: Memoirs

Pierre Elliott Trudeau was one of the most striking, well-spoken and controversial leaders in Canadian history. He brought with him an almost rock-star aura of popularity to office in the 1960s, marking what was known as "Trudeaumania" in Canada during one of the country's most exciting and important times. Yet Trudeau's eccentricities were regularly mistaken for arrogance and he was often considered a traitor, particularly by those who wanted to see Quebec separated from the rest of Canada. The famed saltwater flats of the Bahamas and Belize give a beautiful setting for the fishing adventure and conservation initiative undertaken in "Buccaneers and Bones." Hockey: A People's History

Hockey: A People's History is a television documentary series from the CBC's Documentary Unit. It premiered on September 17, 2006. It aired on Sunday nights, in two-episode blocks, on CBC Television; repeats were made later in the week on CBC Newsworld. Much like previous series Canada: A People's History, the series told the history of the sport of ice hockey from a personal perspective, giving voice to various individuals, major and minor, as the sport grows and evolves in Canada. The series ran for 10 hours in total, and was shot in HD. Episode narration was by actor Paul Gross.

16:9

16x9 is a Canadian investigative newsmagazine television program which airs on Global. The series debuted on November 30, 2008. The show was hosted by Mary Garofalo from September 2008 until October 2011, and is currently hosted by Carolyn Jarvis. The title refers to the aspect ratio of 16:9 high definition television broadcasts which display a wider area, hence, a bigger picture, as opposed to 4:3 standard definition. Originally airing as a half-hour series, 16x9 has expanded to an hour-long program for the 2011-12 television season. The programme was nominated for a 2009 Gemini Award for Best News Information Series.
