The show tracks the journey of Durga as she attempts to stand up to the power and might of the influential Goenka family. Topa ou Não Topa is the Brazilian version of Deal or No Deal, broadcast in Portuguese by SBT. It is hosted by Silvio Santos. There are 26 cases, containing amounts from R$ 0.50 to R$ 1,000,000. On August 25, 2010, the gameshow returned and the host is Roberto Justus but in similar set to the old version. Like most sets of Brazilian versions of US game shows, their set and graphics are a dead ringer to the American counterpart. The R$1,000,000 grand prize was won by a man named Paulo in April, 2007.

Sé lo que hicisteis..., was a daily afternoon comedy show aired by La Sexta. From late 2007 to mid-2009 it was the most viewed programme on this channel not counting sport broadcasts. The programme originally dealt with Spanish sensationalist media "Prensa del corazón" with humour and criticism, however the two hours programme also dealt with internet clips, politics and reports from social events. It aired from Monday to Friday at 3:55 PM Patricia Conde was the presenter of the show. Ángel Martín was the co-presenter until January 21, 2011. Miki Nadal was then a daily co-presenter who fronted his own section. Dani Mateo and Berta Collado were the new incorporations from November 2007. Dani Mateo commented on politics and sports; Berta Collado reported on important events. Pilar Rubio, the reporter, abandoned the programme in 2010, and was replaced by Cristina Pedroche. The programme was cancelled in May 20, 2011 due to decreasing audience.

The Rag Trade

The Rag Trade is a British television sitcom broadcast by the BBC between 1961 and 1963 and by LWT between 1977 and 1978. The scripts were by Ronald Wolfe and Ronald Chesney, who later wrote Wild, Wild Women, Meet the Wife and On the Buses. Wild, Wild Women was a period variation of The Rag Trade. The action centred on a small clothing workshop, Fenner Fashions in London. Although run by Harold Fenner and Reg the foreman, the female workers are led by militant shop steward Paddy Fleming, ever ready to strike, with the catchphrase "Everybody out!" Other cast members included Sheila Hancock, Esma Reese Cannon, Wanda Ventham and Barbara Windsor. The Rag Trade was revived by ITV company LWT in 1977, with Jones and Karlin reprising their roles. The 1977 version ran for two series, most of the scripts being based on the BBC episodes from the 1960s, and featured Anna Karen and future EastEnders star Gillian Taylforth as factory workers. The theme tune for the LWT series was written and performed by Lynsey De Paul.
